Alongside cutting hair, Callum manages the day-to-day running of Winterbourne Cuts — from training the team to developing the brand and keeping the shop moving forward. His focus is simple: make sure every client leaves looking sharp and feeling confident.

Sav has been barbering for 3 years and has been part of Winterbourne Cuts for the past 2 years. He’s known for his relaxed, steady approach and for delivering clean, consistent cuts for every client.

Jack is a talented barber with 3 years of experience, known for his clean finishing, friendly approach, and strong client care. He specialises in skin fades, modern textured cuts, and sharp beard work, bringing a mix of precision and confidence to every haircut.

Harry is currently completing his apprenticeship at Winterbourne Cuts, developing his skills in fades, scissor work, and beard tidying. He’s steadily building confidence behind the chair and is progressing well with each week.

Clients know Harry for his positive attitude, respectful approach, and great client care. He takes his time, listens properly, and makes sure every client feels comfortable and looked after during their cut.

As part of the Winterbourne Cuts team, Harry plays an important role in the day-to-day flow of the shop — supporting the other barbers, learning the craft, and working hard to deliver clean, tidy results as he grows into his role.
